Visible pulsed Optical Parametric Oscillator pumped by Nd:YAG Laser at High Repetition Rate

Abstract

Pulsed optical parametric oscillators are efficient sources of broadly tunable coherent radiation. With the recent developments of new nonlinear crystals and efficient pulsed high average power Nd:YAG Lasers, it is now possible to pump OPOs at high repetition rate (from 1 kHz to 10 kHz).
