Abstract

Atomic copper production in aCu-HBr laser is not trivial. It results from a chemical heterogen reaction between gaseous hydrogen bromine and solid copper pieces. Our study deals with the processes governing the production of copper in the laser tube. It is associated with the copper feed lifetime as well as the volumetric efficiency.
