Abstract

The computer modelling of optical and thermal processes of diode laser transscleral cyclophotocoagulation of ocular biotissues for the purposes of medical treatment of glaucoma is performed. A mathematical model of optical and thermal processes is elaborated and the results of computer simulation are presented. In this case the computer simulation allow one to accomplish a detailed treatment of process characteristics, the influence of radiation parameters on the results of laser radiation action on ocular biotissues and to provide the possibility for optimization of laser treatment regimes.
