Abstract

The effect of the narrowing of the spectral distribution and the lifetime of fluorescence due to the presents of scatterers in dye solutions has already been observed. In this work we introduce the use of a streak camera and a spectrograph for the simultaneous recording of both temporal and spectral features. These experiments are part of a study on the use of scatterers in order to increase photodynamic therapy efficiency.
