Abstract
Results of experiments on synthesis of a thick-layered light-sensitive material on the base of a jelly-like dye-doped gelatin are presented. So far only dichromated gelatin was known to be a suitable material for optical recording of holographic gratings. We have found that a dye doped jelly-like gelatin without activation it by dichromate of ammonium may be also employed for this purpose. Such medium allows to record stationary 3-dimentional gratings with spatial resolution ≈ 5000 l/mm.
