Abstract

Parallel optical interconnect systems are becoming extremely important for high-speed optical data communications A planar microlens (PML) array [1] is a key component for alignment-free systems. In this study, we investigated its optical characteristics for stacked planar optics, which is aligned on micro-optical bench (MOB).
