Abstract

Recent developments of the ultrafast laser pulse techniques have been a strong motivation to study the subpicosecond scale dynamics of materials out of thermal equilibrium. Multiple temperature models (MTMs) frequently becomes a first choice to simulate the temperature dynamics of e.g. electron-lattice and electron-hole-lattice systems[1,2,3]. In this model the total system is composed of subsystems each of which is in local thermal equilibrium.
