On-Chip Terahertz Spectrometer based on Magnetoelectric Coupling in Metasurface

Abstract

We theoretically propose a metasurface-based room-temperature on-chip terahertz spectrometer. Based on magnetoelectric coupling in metasurface, direct photoelectric conversion with selective frequency response can be achieved, leading to the capability of terahertz spectral analysis.
