A Data Processing Method Based on Improved KNN Algorithm for Double-peak Spectrum of BOTDR

Abstract

We propose a method using improved KNN to classify double-peak spectrum data of BOTDR. It significantly improves both the sensing accuracy and the spatial resolution in the transition section of temperature change or strain events.
