Abstract

We perform ultrafast pump-probe nano-spectroscopic imaging of WSe₂-SiO₂ interfaces. From transient phonon softening as a local probe of substrate temperature, we resolve heterogeneity in ps thermalization and quantify interfacial boundary conductance.
