Giant Nonlinear Optical Response in VS2/Ti3C2 MXene Nanohybrid

Abstract

We experimentally and theoretically demonstrate giant excited-state absorption and positive nonlinear refractive index in VS2/MXene nanohybrid for fs pulses. The hallmark result is attributed to direct charge transfer, and a benchmark optical limiter is fabricated.
