Guiding of laser light from a nanocavity in a three-dimensional photonic crystal

Abstract

A nanocavity laser and two orthogonal waveguides are integrated in a three-dimensional photonic crystal. Guiding of the laser light from the nanocavity through the waveguides is demonstrated experimentally.
