Post-Processing Dispersion Engineering of Frequency Combs In Microresonator Addressing Atomic Clock

Abstract

We study S13N4 microresonator frequency comb to address atomic transition in the visible. We show that thanks to our air-clad system, post-process dispersion engineering through trimming allows precise control of the dispersive wave position.
