Abstract

We present a Si microring-based photon pair source design with tailored pump/signal/idler escape rates allowing configurable purity-rate-heralding tradeoffs, while maintaining efficiency through tunable dispersion compensation. We validate the subcompo-nents using stimulated FWM experiments.
