Abstract

Octave-spanning single-soliton and soliton crystals with repetition rates of 1, 2, and 3 THz are demonstrated in a Si3N4 microresonator. A single-soliton step with ~0.09 nm (~11 GHz) is achieved using slow pump tuning.
