Lithium Niobite on Silicon High Speed Spatial Light Modulator

Abstract

We present a device of thin film lithium niobite integrated on a CMOS backplane, enhanced by a high quality factor guided mode resonance. The device offers GHz speed and megapixel degrees-of-freedom spatial light modulation.
