Tunable Terahertz Nonlinearities in Graphene

Abstract

Among all the materials we know, graphene exhibits the largest optical nonlinearity, especially at the THz frequencies. This nonlinearity can be efficiently controlled and widely tuned via electrical gating with only a few volts.
