Fully Integrated High-resolution Speckle Spectrometer Using Linear Coherent Network of Random Resonators

Abstract

A monolithic spectrometer is formed by a compact linear coherent network of random resonators. The spectrometer is integrated with on-chip photodetector for direct signal readout and has 40-pm spectral resolution and 8-nm working bandwidth.
