Perovskite quantum dot topological laser in the visible

Abstract

Topological lasers often require complex designs and fabrication that hinder their realization at short wavelengths. Here we report a green-emitting perovskite quantum-dot topological laser and discuss the persistence of topological states in VCSELs.
