Referenceless, Low-Coherence, Multimode Fiber Characterization

Abstract

We demonstrate spatial and polarization control of low coherence light through a multimode fiber, and retrieve its broadest-band mode transmission matrix without the need for an external reference using high dimensional spatial state tomography of light.
