Amplitude and Phase Retrieval of Optical Pulses Using A Silicon Photonics Optical Correlator

Abstract

We propose retrieval of amplitude and phase of optical pulses using a silicon photonics optical correlator and tunable filter. The amplitude and phase of pico-second pulses with and without frequency chirp were successfully retrieved.
