The study of the distribution function of the quantum efficiency of HgCdTe photoelectrical dioe used in herent laser detection

Abstract

In the paper the quantum efficiency function of the responsive element of a Hg1-xCdxTe photoelectrical diode has been measured. A method of solving convolution equation is applied, in order to improve the resolution of light spot scanning. The inhomogeneity of the detector also discussed.
