Optical Fiber-based Near-infrared Light Source for Optical-resolution Photoacoustic Microscopy of Theragnosis Agent

Abstract

Cancer theragnosis is a promising treatment technology with a cancer diagnosis and therapy abilities. In this research, we adopted a normal dispersion regime to the fiber-based light source to generate the microjoule-scale of near-infrared (NIR) light for targeting the theragnosis agent.
