Role of Tumor Heterogeneity in Imaging Breast Cancer Targeted Delivery using FLIM FRET in Vivo

Abstract

We employ FLIM-FRET to quantify the internalization of transferrin in vivo. We report that in vivo FLIM-FRET data correlate with the tumor size, heterogeneity of transferrin receptor expression as validated ex vivo.
