Wavefront Reconstruction in 3D X-ray Microscopy

Abstract

Advanced methods in x-ray imaging require wavefront reconstruction for determining the object under study. This enables applications ranging from sub-20 nm resolution imaging of single cells, to sub-100 nm resolution imaging of whole mouse brains.
