Abstract

We measure on-chip Hong-Ou-Mandel visibility of 80.0% with photon pairs from ring resonators and 98.9% from straight waveguides on a silicon-photonic circuit. The ring is tuned to the pump wavelength or not by choice, to turn on and off the influence of the ring, respectively.
