Abstract

We show simultaneous 4-channels wavelength conversion of 50-Gb/s NRZ-DQPSK signals with 100-GHz channel spacing using a quantum-dot SOA. Error-free, low-power penalty operations are successfully achieved with a variety of channel numbers and positions.
