Abstract
The KrF laser is currently of interest for laser fusion and other applications. A study of the kinetic properties of the laser is important especially for designing high efficiency and high energy systems. Although many laser kinetic processes and the rate constants for the KrF laser have been published, there have not been sufficient experimental data under lasing conditions. Especially the saturation property of the amplification has been reported only a few1).
