Abstract
One of promising paths for increasing the optical nonlinearities of substances is to form aggregates of microparticles or molecules in them. Coupling of monomers in such ensembles as metal fractal clusters or molecular J-aggregates causes the increase by several orders of magnitude in the cubic optical susceptibilities as against non- aggregated samples.1−3
