Nonlinear Resonances in Optically Injected Semiconductor Lasers

Abstract

An optically injected semiconductor laser is investigated analytically numerically and experimentally in the phase drift region. Our numerical analysis is based on the single mode rate equations [1]. Our analytical work is based on a third order differential equation for the phase Φ of the electric field which is derived from the rate equations [2].
