Abstract
Investigations of structure and nature of emission centers in ion-covalent crystals containing molecular oxyanions is a high-priority task since these compounds are widely used for laser and scintillator techniques. Our previous studying have shown possibility of formation of some type of centers in mentioned crystals. Molecular oxyanions of regular crystal lattice interacted with the neighbouring defects are the core of such centers [1, 2]. Using impurity implantation and thermal treatment we can increase the concentration of emission centers.
