Mid-infrared quartz-enhanced photoacoustic gas sensor with a continuously swept optical cavity

Abstract

We present an ultra-sensitive and high-resolution spectrometer based on the swept-cavity quartz-enhanced photoacoustic spectroscopy. A dual-feedback Pound-Drever-Hall locking method is developed for locking a quantum cascade laser to a continuously swept optical cavity.
