Abstract

The sub-wavelength confinement of electromagnetic field is exploited to attain unconventional, almost-flattened and tunable spectral behaviour of effective mode-area and multiple zero dispersion points in nano-sized dual air-capillary assisted chalcogenide optical fiber for mid-IR applications.
