High-Q Fano resonance using all-dielectric metamaterial in optical spectral region

Abstract

We propose Fano resonance in optical region using all-dielectric metamaterial. Selecting two dielectric materials, Si and GaN, for demonstration in the optical region, high quality factor and modulation depth were realized in the proposed metamaterial.
