Abstract

We demonstrate temperature-dependent refraction, absorption, electron-phonon coupling, AC conductivity and mobility in bulk chalcopyrite semiconductors using THz-TDs. The measured optical and electronic properties are significantly influenced by temperature that affects the underlying carrier scattering mechanism.
