Atomically Thin Chalcogenide films for Super-Resolved Direct Laser structuring

Abstract

Thickness-dependent saturable absorption behaviour of atomically thin Bismuth Selenide films has been studied at two different wavelengths. Giant responses have been recorded for films with thickness lower than 10 nm at 515 nm excitation wavelength.
