Abstract

The quantitative analysis of phase images enables to measure various properties of the biological tissue sample. The Digital Holographic method is a powerful tool to perform quantitative analysis of images. This work demonstrates the capture of digital holograms of breast cancer tissues and the subsequent reconstruction of both the amplitude and phase images.
