Abstract
We present an electro-optically modulated dissipative Kerr soliton with microwave-rate spacing over a 20 THz span, using thin-film lithium niobate. In this experiment, we first operate lithium niobate solitons with a laser power of 40 mW on chip. Electro-optic phase modulation of these solitons then generate a total of 570 frequency comb lines with 30.3 GHz spacing.
