Fast wide-angle computer-generated hologram algorithm using the frequency domain

Abstract

A novel technique to calculate wide-angle computer-generated holograms (CGH) in the frequency domain is presented. The proposed technique makes use of the frequency representation of the complex field over the CGH. This enables fast calculations and low use of computer memory.
