Abstract

Phase-only Liquid Crystal on Silicon (LCoS) device is essential for versatile applications ranging from microdisplays to optical communications. To overcome the limitations of the thickness of liquid crystal layer, a broadband phase enhancement LCoS device can be realized by Mie resonance with dielectric metasurface.
