mJ a few-cycle IR laser system based on BiBO dual-chirped optical parametric amplification

Abstract

By using a dual-chirped optical parametric amplification (DC-OPA) method and employing type-I BiBO crystal, we obtained 102 mJ infrared pulses with spectrum centered at 1.7 µm and pulse duration 10.7 fs after compression.
