Investigation of Thermal Fatigue in Metals Using THz Imaging Technique

Abstract

Terahertz imaging was utilized to study the thermal fatigue in aluminum, brass, and copper. Results show decreased terahertz intensity with increased temperature exposure, aiding in studying thermal fatigue in metals.
