Abstract

NaNO2 crystal shows multiple order Raman scattering due to v2-vibration of NO2 when excited near the zero-phonon line at v00(3848.9A) of the singlet absorption (1A11B1).1) We have studied the resonant secondary emission in highly purified NaNO2 crystal by nanosecond time-resolved measurements.
