Abstract

Optical waveguides formed in nonlinear crystals provide the effective nonlinear interactions at comparatively low power light sources. This paper is concerned with the theoretical and experimental investigation of second harmonic generation (SHG) in a channel Ti:LiNbO3 waveguide using He-Ne laser (λ = 1.15 µm) as a fundamental light source.
