Abstract
The computer as an aid in visualization, especially when the display is interactive and dynamic, is singularly appropriate for the teaching of optical principles. The author will demonstrate a number of different approaches he has employed in the development of materials for his courses. A few experimental forays into alternative modes will also be shown.
