Polymeric 2×2 Thermo-Optic Switch

We demonstrate a 2×2 polymeric thermo-optic switch which has an initial routing path without any power consumption. It is made of four asymmetric Y-branch waveguides connected in cascades. The measured crosstalk is better than -25 dB.
