The Tunable Microwave Frequency Comb Generation Using a Si3N4-MDR-based AML-OEO

Abstract

A tunable microwave frequency comb generator using a Si3N4-MDR-based OEO is proposed and experimentally demonstrated. The results show that the frequency tuning range of the MFC is from 2 to 22 GHz.
