Abstract

We have demonstrated an QD-CPML to generate 20 OFCs with 100 GHz spacing. Each channel has optical linewidth of 440 kHz and NRZ modulation rates of 70 Gb/s and PAM4 modulation rates of 40 Gbaud/s.
