Abstract
Threshold effects of stimulated emission (SE) in powdered luminophores doped with neodymium and pumped with tunable pulsed dye laser were investigated.[1,2]
Na5La1-x (MoO4)4: Ndx (NLNM), La2O2S: Nd (1%), LiNd (PO3)4− (LNP) and NdP5O14 − (NPP) powders were considered. Threshold pumping power density depends on material and on characteristics of powder particles and equals ~ 0.05 − 0.5 J/cm2.
