Frequency Conversion with Periodically Poled Materials

Abstract

Periodically poled ferroelectric materials have been amply shown to be practical to fabricate, and several varieties of crystals are now commercially available. In this talk, we will discuss efforts at Lightwave Electronics to apply periodically poled materials in commercial laser devices.
